Course Overview: --- a detailed syllabus is coming soon.
In this three day class, I will introduce GWT and most of its programming features to a
point that a software engineer with modest Java and UI background will be able to start
developing Web 2.0 applications at the end of the course. Mostly importantly, I will help
the student navigate practical development and deployment issues within an
enterprise, including security. The productivity of using GWT for web 2.0 deployment is
believed to be multiple times that of using any known technology on the market today.

- Introducing GWT; GWT vs. other solution comparisons.
- Creating GWT applications in JDeveloper, Development cycles of GWT
- Working with widget libraries
- GWT-RPC
- JSON in GWT
- GWT code generator

- Testing and deploying GWT applications
